Aftercare Adivce

  1. Avoid alcohol, smoking, caffeine and fizzy drinks 24 hours after your treatment as this will dehydrate your body and add toxins.
  2. Drink plenty of water and have plenty of fresh air before your car journey home as you may feel relaxed and light headed after your treatment.
  3. Avoid eating a heavy meal after your treatment as this can stop the healing process for your body and detoxify your body.
